Julia Kiniski School serves a culturally diverse population of students from northeast Mill Woods, from the neighbourhoods of Burnewood, Burnewood Junction, Kiniski Gardens and Creek's Crossing and the newly designated neighbourhood of Maple Crest.
In 2016-17, we are organized into a total of fifteen classes, Kindergarten through Grade Six. Our school is a district site for two Behaviour and Learning Assistance Programs (BLAP), for students in Grades 1-6.
We benefit from the involvement of an active School Council and the Julia Kiniski Education Society, whose purpose is to enhance student learning through access to increased educational resources. Julia Kiniski School also leases space to the Tiny Treasures Playschool and Before and After School Child Care.
